Apples to Apples, Dawn to Duskby *jjosryo

Artisan Crafts / Glass / Stained Glass

And this is my pride and joy.

It took me a month and a half of good hard work... at least 2-3 hours a day (usually 4-6), 5 days a week. Sometimes Sundays.

Hand painted centerpiece, about another 2 hours of work to paint it... then 2 hours to fire it and it cooled overnight.

I bought the inspiration for the centerpiece in Salem a few years ago... it was a nasty naked guy so I changed it into a woman and shrunk it down and took some things out. The original design for it was done by John Pickering.

I'll let the piece itself do the rest o the talking. And this is what I've decided to do with my life, I'll have my own studio someday soon.

(By the way... this is about $100 worth of glass in this piece... the sheet of the multicolored that the apples and buds are done in was $16.50 all by itself)
